Return Policy
You have 7 days to inspect your diamond or jewelry. If you wish to return it you must call us as soon as possible. You will receive a return confirmation number that must be written on the returned package.  We will then instruct you as to how to send back the package insured so you are risk free. Any returned  package must be post marked within 7 days after receipt. Postal records will determine this. All merchandise must returned in the same condition as received.   Altered or tailored merchandise will not be returned.
For jewelry:  you must not remove the tag marked DO NOT REMOVE.   Any merchandise returned with this tag removed will be charged a restocking fee.  All merchandise must be returned in unworn or unused condition or a restocking fee will be applied.
For loose diamonds:  48 hour inspection only.  We must have response before, and shipped within 48 hours or loose diamonds are not returnable.

Restocking fee:  Since all of our rings are custom made to order special designs such as hand engraved or  invisible settings may be subject to a restocking fee if returned.  These rings are specially made to your specific size so the cost of resizing will be charged to you only if you decide not to keep it.  Speak with your sales professional about your order and possible restocking fee.

Fancy Yellow Diamonds and Rings: Every fancy yellow diamond and ring is unique and extra work is needed to produce a fine quality ring.   Also, these diamonds are very rare so time is limited.  It is because of the extra labor and rarity that returns may be subject to a restocking fee if returned.  However, exchanges within our return period are accepted. Speak with you diamond professional about the policy on your ring.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage while in your possession. Once received, and inspected to be in original condition, you will be given a full credit less shipping expense.
